Alerting and Notifications

Route alerts and repair reports to your team's tools

Slack

Send fault alerts, repair reports, and approval requests to Slack. Approval-mode repairs can be confirmed with one click in Slack.

PagerDuty

Route fault events to PagerDuty incidents with severity, device, and diagnosis context. Auto-resolve the incident after repair.

Email

Deliver repair reports and digests to any address or distribution list. Included on all plans.

Webhook

Send JSON payloads to any URL, including ServiceNow, Jira, or custom ticketing systems. Available on Navigator and Enterprise plans.

Protocol Support

Collection and repair protocols

SNMP v2c and v3

For counter polling where streaming telemetry is unavailable. Polling defaults to 30s and can be set to 10s. Supports community string (v2c) and USM auth (v3).

NETCONF / YANG

Executes repairs on supported Cisco and Juniper platforms through NETCONF RPC over SSH. Only operations approved by the repair policy are run.

gRPC / gNMI streaming

Collects high-frequency telemetry with sub-second fault detection latency on IOS-XR, Junos, and Arista EOS through OpenConfig subscriptions.
